Kristen has experience in child and adolescent out of home care in boarding schools and foster care situations. She has also experience in local youth work and working with families to help build closer relationships. She has training in Psychology, Counselling and Law and brings with her style of therapy an innovative and practical application of what works practically with adolsecents and children in families.

Kristen has run seminars for professionals in a number of settings and is steadily gaining a reputation of teaching ethical and respectful practice in practical and innovative ways. Kristen attended the Black Stump festival in 2006 and 2007 where she was involved in counselling, group sessions and teaching youth leaders.
